FEBRUARY CHARACTER TRAIT "PEACE/PEACEFULNESS"
Students can show peacefulness by taking calm and at ease. This month, students are learning and practicing the trait of peace and peacefulness.

SMART GOALS
You can assist your child in turning almost every goal into a S.M.A.R.T. goal, but remember that children often need help and support from adults to reach their goals.

Volunteers!!
Volunteers are always welcome to come and help in classrooms throughout the building in order to help teachers and students. If you would like to volunteer this year, including being a chaperone for any field trips, you MUST compete the volunteer application from and online training. You need to send in both the application and certificate to Mrs. Knight to be verified. No one will be allowed to volunteer without completing the application and training. This needs to be done every year, even if you have volunteered in previous years.

Box Tops for Education
We are collecting Box Tops for Education this year. Please look on boxes and packages of items you buy and cut off any you find. Your child can put them into the basket outside my office or mailbox.
