Student Device Issues

Is your child experiencing technology issues with his/her school device?  Broken charger, cracked screen, missing keys, audio/visual issues?  Whatever the problem may be, HELP is just a request away, either by making a phone call or submitting an online HELP request.  Parents and/or students must submit HELP requests for any technology issues or problems that they may be having.  

The Technology Support Request form is available to all BCPS students with BCPS credentials. Parents should work with their child to enter a Technology Support Request form. Parents and students can also initiate a technology HELP request by calling the HELP DESK at 443-809-4672 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:15 PM.  More information about submitting a technology HELP request is available at
