1. If you are sick (and talk to your doctor about whether you should be tested for COVID)
2. If you have a positive COVID test (and contact your school nurse)
3. If you have had contact with a person with COVID (and contact your school nurse)
4. If you have been tested for COVID (until the results come back and contact your school nurse)
